Position Overview
We are looking for a Service Evaluator to assess and report on the quality of customer service and operational standards across our service centers and partner locations. You will act as a regular customer, providing honest and structured feedback to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Nexa Volt Energy service points and partner locations anonymously
- Evaluate customer service, staff professionalism, and response time
- Assess cleanliness, safety practices, and overall service environment
- Follow provided evaluation scenarios and guidelines
- Complete and submit detailed reports after each visit
- Provide clear, objective, and actionable feedback
- Upload supporting documents (receipts, photos where required)
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, auditing, or evaluation roles
- Familiarity with reporting tools or survey platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
