Position Overview

We are looking for a Service Evaluator to assess and report on the quality of customer service and operational standards across our service centers and partner locations. You will act as a regular customer, providing honest and structured feedback to support continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned Nexa Volt Energy service points and partner locations anonymously
  • Evaluate customer service, staff professionalism, and response time
  • Assess cleanliness, safety practices, and overall service environment
  • Follow provided evaluation scenarios and guidelines
  • Complete and submit detailed reports after each visit
  • Provide clear, objective, and actionable feedback
  • Upload supporting documents (receipts, photos where required)

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, auditing, or evaluation roles
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or survey platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
